Northern Italian restaurant

Waited almost 2 hours since I ordered. Estimated delivery time came and went. Finally arrived. What an absolute disaster. One of the pizzas was half stuck to the box, bye bye ham. The other pizza was COMPLETELY stuck to the top, bye bye EVERYTHING. Wasn't even able to scrape it off, the cheese and toppings melted into the cardboard.

Best pizza. Clearly true to their logo of made by chefs, large servings. Salmon pizza was delishious. Our go to pizza shop.

Gosh, aren't some people harsh. We dined in this new establishment tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the service. We enjoyed 2 cocktails (French Martini and Passionfruit Mojito - both delicious), the waitress recommended a nice Shiraz which we enjoyed immensely, and felt well accommodated by the broad wine and drinks list with on tap beers.We ordered Pollo Carabonara Pizza (stunning flavour), Beef tenderloin (cooked to perfection), and Moreton Bay Bug and Prawn Ravioli; all presented exceptionally and with great tastes.The decor has beautiful treatments, great lighting and looks impressive with quality finishes.I get that the Stonewater team are new, however with encouragement and some time as they establish a smoother operation they will become an impressive fabulous eating spot in the Precinct building at the Mount Pleasant/Applecross border.

Five stars for Belin!!Came across this little gem when visiting locally. We were desperate for lunch a had a quick Google to see what's around. The staff were very friendly and approachable and a really cute cafe!We came as a party of four and had focaccia and olives for starters. The focaccia is to die for you must try it. I had the squidink pasta with king prawns and my husband had the mushroom gnocchi. Only fault was that the prawns were just a little bit over cooked/ powdery, otherwise everything was amazing! We each also had a coffee and it was probably one of the best coffees I'd ever had!Our server (Frank - maybe the owner?) was a delight and shared her passion for Italian food and the balance of flavours in the food. It was really nice to have this information shared with us and gave us an appreciation for the effort and how tasty the food was.We'll definitely be back again!

So good!! Everything was spot on. The limoncello cocktails, risotto and of course the tiramisu were phenomenal. Thanks to the amazing staff. We’ll be back :)

We were looking forward to taste their food, which was beautifully explained. But unfortunately the ravioli had no flavour and to pay for 4 ravioli $35 was ridiculous. It was our first visit and it was quite uncomfortable to sit inside on metal outdoor chairs. But the worst was the extremely noisy staff in the kitchen. We won’t be back.

Went to Stonewater after my partner recommended to try something new and close. We were warmly welcomed and accommodated to the top part of the restaurant- nice piano music and soft lighting made for a nice start of the night. We had a young waiter take our orders and we encountered the first issue - we did ask for a Campari and a Spritz, after a few minutes of wait we were told Campari wasn't available so I opted for a Moretti beer. The drinks arrived, only that magically the Spritz had become a Sprite (was sent back promptly) , when the Spritz arrived we were puzzled the glass was half empty (I am a glass half full" kind of guy but this time I couldn't fix the issue of the half glass). The waiter brought some focaccia and some olives (3) - the focaccia for some reason was uncooked in the middle but I was hungry so I chewed it down anyway. While I had one of the 3 olives I bit into a broken pip (the olives looked like they had no pip - luckily I didn't bite too hard and still retain all of my teeth). We decided to try the Sicilian Prawns and Beef Carpaccio with shared Lamb Shoulder as main. The 3 prawns that came in the entree must have been on a severe diet ( halved and folded on top of each other they still look severely malnourished) - the only Sicilian touch to this entree was the 6 or 7 slithers of fennel under the prawns - needles to say avoid this as entree. The Beef Carpaccio tasted nice ( there were 4 slices of Carpaccio instead of the forecasted 3 - to match the number of prawns and olives) - left me wanting for more. The unidentified super hard biscuits on top of the Carpaccio gave a good workout to my jaw muscles (trying to find some positives here

Last time pizza was hot and tasty. I opted for pickup as I live a few blocks away. Was told 25 min. Got there on time. Today, pizza was cold and soggy. I complained that even the boxes were cold. Meh. Vegetarian supposed to have artichokes and basil. Artichokes and basil didn’t make it to the pizza somehow. See the photo, you tell me. All in all a cold boring pizza for $65!! Come on guys, I really want to support a local family owned business but there’s too many other choices out there.

Hidden gem! Ordered vegan pizza. Full of flavour, generous toppings. Lovely selection of wines. Efficient, friendly authetically Italian service! Bonus - open Sundays!!! Can't wait to come back.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because the squid ink ravioli was oddly divine & the tiramisu was indulgent, will definitely be coming back for a coffee in the morning as the staff are super friendly & welcoming.
